Pre-Paid Bus Parking

Please note that only Coaches, mini buses, campervans, etc. will be admitted to the onsite bus parking with a valid pre-paid bus parking pass. (red route above)
The bus park will open on Saturday 27th June at 7.30am and NO overnight parking is permitted on site.
Parking will only be allowed with an offical bus parking pass which will be scanned upon entry.
Bus parking passes and a full competitors guide will be sent out in advance.
Please note: for safety reasons BBQ's will not be permitted in the coach park. The whole of the Bught Park event area and bus park will be licensed for the consumption of alcohol purchased from the various outlets in the park; local bylaws prohibit the consumption of alcohol outwith these areas.
Competitors Equipment Drop Off

We have a drop off area for competitiors (green route above) who have not pre-paid for any form of bus parking, to drop off equipment.
Please note: this is on a closed road, only vehicles dropping off equipment will be allowed and must leave immediately after unloading as this is an emergency access route.
If dropping off competitors only, please use the public drop off/pick up point at Inverness Leisure Centre (orange route above).
Highland Dancers Parking

Parking for Highland Dancers is situated behind Inverness Ice Centre (blue route) and is subject to availability on a first come basis only.
Please note: there is no on street parking permitted around the Bught area and no parking permitted in the Inverness Leisure Centre car parks.
ALL competitors will ONLY be able to enter via the competitors entrance, next to the Bus Parking area (as shown on map).
This entrance is for competing Pipers, Drum Majors and Highland Dancers ONLY.
The Gates will open for competitors at 8.30am.
There will be a stall offering breakfast and lunch, which will be available in the bus park, from 7.30am in addition to the various outlets within the event site.
All Bandsmen will have free access to the event arena on Saturday 29th June in full band uniform. However, band supporters must be in possession of a ticket to gain entry to the event arena via the Public Entrance ONLY.
Band supporters will have the opportunity to purchase entry tickets through their secretaries in advance at a reduced rate cost. If these are not purchased, then full price tickets will need to be purchased independently through the Box Office at the public entrances on the day.
All Drum Majors can collect their entry wristbands on the day at the RSPBA Registration Tent next to the Competitors Entrance.
Highland Dancers and their accompanying guardian will have their wristbands sent out in advance from the RSPBA.
