Personal callers can buy tickets from Caffery’s Menswear, Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness, IV2 3PP.

Please only buy tickets through official ticketing agencies

 

Q:  WHAT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

A: General Admission ONLY. Subject to availabilty.

There will be a seated stand available by upgrading on the day.

 

Q: WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?

A: Piping Inverness will be held in Bught Park, Inverness, IV3 5SR on Saturday 29th June 2019.

 

Q:  HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO PURCHASE?

A:  Ticket prices are available here.

 

Q:  WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS?

A:  These can only be bought via Ticketline on 0844 888 9991, subject to availability.

 

Q: I HAVE AN ENQUIRY REGARDING MY TICKETS, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

A: You need to contact the ticketing agency that you purchased your ticket from.

 

Q:  WHAT TIMES DO GATES OPEN?

A:  Gates open at 9am.

 

Q:  ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

A:  All children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. 

Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge and DO require a ticket.

 

Q: ARE PETS ALLOWED INTO THE EVENT?

A: All dogs are allowed into the event.

All owners must keep their dog on a short lead and under control at all times. You are responsible for picking up your dogs mess, so please bring your own bags and dispose of responsibly.

Watering stations will be available.

 

Q:  WHAT CAN I BRING IN TO THE VENUE?

A:  Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking sticks, blankets, people requiring assistance on crutches are all permissible into the venue. 

 

Q: ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD, DRINK, CHAIRS OR UMBRELLAS?

A:  In accordance with licencing and our T&C's,  these items are allowed into the event, however NO GLASS is permitted on the premises.

Full bar and catering facilities are available at the event.

Guests are responsible for the security of all  personal belongings. 

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

A: No professional cameras, or cameras with zoom lens are allowed into the arena.

 

Q: IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

City Centre parking is recommended. Disabled parking is available close to venue. A map will be issued in due course. For more information, click here.

 

Q: PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS?

A: The nearest train station is Inverness Station, Academy Street, Inverness, IV2 3PY

The nearest bus station is Inverness Bus Station, Margaret Street, Inverness, IV1 1LT

The nearest airport is Inverness, Dalcross Airport, IV2 7JB.

 

Q: WILL THERE BE A CASH MACHINE AVAILABLE TO USE AT THE EVENT?

A: No cash machines will be provided at the event.

 

Q: IF IT RAINS, WILL THE EVENT STILL GO AHEAD?

A: Yes, events are only ever cancelled due to the weather conditions if conditions become dangerous.

The Event is outdoors. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.

 

Remember the do's: 

Do have your ticket with you at all times

Do bring clothing suitable for all weather conditions

Do put any rubbish in bins provided for you

Do look for official merchandise and concession outlets - all located within the venue

Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds offering inferior goods

Do consider others when moving around the venue

Do consider local residents when entering and exiting the venue

Do tune into local media for traffic updates

 

Remember the don'ts:

Do not smoke outside of the designated smoking areas

Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle

 

Please be aware that roads in and around Inverness are expected to be very busy on the day of the event. You should allow plenty of time to travel to the site and make you way to the venue, car parks etc.

The organisers or their partners cannot be held responsible for delays getting to the venue or getting out of the venue.

 

Please follow signs and instructions from Police and safety stewards.
